Demanding People Limited was set up by Geoff Shepherd in response to our clients' ongoing demand for ever higher levels of service from Executive Recruitment firms who know the markets in which they operate and focus on the client/candidate match rather than the fee.

Geoff has held board and senior management positions at a number of companies in both the High Technology and Executive Search markets. He speaks fluent Spanish and has worked for the European Commission in Brussels.

Geoff holds a BA in Organisational Behaviour and a MSc in Business Systems Management.

One day executive recruitment can be about covering one's bases via multiple delivery channels to find that perfect candidate for your client. The next day it could involve a highly targeted campaign and a developed sales pitch to court specific known individuals as part of the Executive Search process. Whatever the solution to a client's Executive Recruitment needs (and they are all different) we have a great track record in delivering whether it be through our extensive network, original research, advertising or database search.
